As we all know people can scam using the Chargeback facility provided by PayPal. This is the most pathetic service wherein PayPal will not look at the legitimacy of the transaction and will simply pull the money from seller account and gives it back to buyer due the fact that PayPal offer buyers protection.

Similarly,recently it was discovered that even in MoneyBookers people can chargeback. Its call 'cancel the payment' and the money is returned to the buyer. So, all those using MoneyBookers, Beware!!
