Use Paypal effectively - tip no. 1

 

While surfing on the net I found out this story on one of the forum boards where a person says, he's been scammed for over $500 by someone else on PayPal!

 

Well! if you read my blog, you will find Tips on how to use PayPal effectively! and how to transact safely on PayPal!

 

Now, if you are alert on PayPal, their terms etc, there are less chances of you getting stripped off by someone than newbie armature Tom, Dick or Harry ...

TIP NO 1

know the other party you are going to transact with!

search for the user (PayPal account email id), make sure you dont find other party's account blacklisted or involved/linked with any scam before..
