PayPal Account Limited

PayPal Account can be limited for various reasons

You havent added any CC since quite long, or
You have commited a transaction that sound suspicious, or
You have accessed your PayPal account via a Proxy website, or
You are accessing more than 2 PayPal Accounts from same IP Address.
Now, I dont know or can't explain what PayPal means when they LIMIT your account and say they want to know more about blah! blah! transactions which may be suspicious.
